I built this in my own business first
I am not a consultant who just read books. I own a multimillion dollar med spa with two locations and a full team, and it runs without me because I built the structure I am going to build with you.

I spent twelve years in corporate HR, then three years as a business consultant, before I opened my own doors in 2019. I hired a team of 1099s because that is what everyone else was doing, moved everyone to W-2 in 2021 when I realized I had a brand and not just a team, and rebuilt my compensation model in 2025 so the business and the people in it could both be stable.

Every one of those mistakes cost me money and good people. You do not have to make them in that order.
